We have worked with connectivity experts, Novahub, in Cambridge many times over the years providing our data installation services. Novahub design, install and support WiFi solutions for clients from small businesses through to large enterprises, along with indoor and outdoor event public connectivity. Novahub are truly experts in their field and we are delighted to help out with the cabling side of their WiFi solutions.
We’ve provided data cabling services for Novahub for some of the region’s biggest festivals, military events, expos, public venues and golf courses.
For festivals and public venues, many thousands of people attending would be expecting a stable and speedy internet connection via their mobile devices. WiFi networks had to be installed and taken down efficiently, effectively, securely and safely over an extensive area and within a short time frame. For indoor public venues, we’ve installed crucial WiFi infrastructure with additional access points and switches for large capacity technology events.
For expos and other outdoor shows, we’ve placed external access points mounted on poles and deployed switches and wireless bridges on sites where running cable was not feasible due to logistical or health and safety issues.
We’ve also worked with Novahub on projects to upgrade the WiFi and signing in system at golf courses with permanent link points and new data cabinet installations.
