Do you need a telecom engineer?

Do you have no dial tone? Perhaps you have a crackly line or your phone rings a few times then stops? Maybe you need a socket relocating or a new extension installed?

Maybe you have slow or dead broadband? Or WiFi "blind spots" in your home? 

Service providers (such as BT, Sky, TalkTalk or Virgin Media) will only fix domestic telephone faults for free that are either outside or up to and including the wiring that goes to your Master Socket in your house.  Anything beyond that is the customer's responsibility and they will charge heftily for any fault that is on telephone extension wiring or equipment inside the house.
