1-Year Workmanship Warranty
At Millrose, we stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to providing you with exceptional service. That's why we offer a comprehensive 1-Year Workmanship Warranty for any cable or connector portion of your network that was installed, added, moved, or changed by our skilled technicians. If any malfunction occurs as a result of our work, we will promptly correct the issue, completely free of charge, for up to one year.
Our Warranty Coverage
Please note that this warranty is specifically limited to addressing malfunctions caused directly by our workmanship. It does not apply in cases where malfunctions are a result of misuse, abuse, damage, or negligence by the original purchasers or their employees, agents, or representatives. Additionally, the warranty does not cover existing items that were not installed, added to, changed, moved, or repaired by Millrose. Any alteration of items from their original design or performance standards by parties other than Millrose employees is also exempt from this warranty. Furthermore, malfunctions resulting from performance degradation due to deviations from the original equipment standards, industry standards, or generally accepted standards are not covered.
Our Liability
Millrose shall not be held liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, such as expenses, costs, lost profits, savings or earnings, or the loss or corruption of data. This applies to any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the items installed, added, changed, moved, or repaired by Millrose.
